Judge Audra Schwartz has officially received the endorsement of IBEW Local 363 of the Hudson Valley in her campaign for re-election as Monroe Town Justice.

The endorsement reflects IBEW 363’s support for candidates who demonstrate accessibility, a proven track record, and a strong commitment to working- and middle-class families throughout New York State. In their letter of support, the organization recognized Judge Schwartz’s dedication to public service and her continued efforts on behalf of the Monroe community.
Judge Schwartz has served as Monroe Town Justice since 2018 and as senior judge since 2020. With more than 30 years of legal experience and a focus on fairness, access, and accountability, she has led meaningful improvements in the local justice system—including the creation of foreign-language traffic court dockets in the Town Court and her leadership in Orange County’s Centralized Arraignment Part.
“I am grateful to IBEW Local 363 for their endorsement and for recognizing the work we’ve done in Monroe,” Judge Schwartz said. “Their support is a reminder of how important this role is—and how much it matters to have experience and consistency on the bench.”
Judge Schwartz will be running on the Democratic line and is currently collecting petition signatures to run on the Preserve Monroe line.
Vote for experience. Vote for dedication. Vote Audra Schwartz for Monroe Town Justice on Nov. 4, 2025.
