Orange County Correction Officers Benevolent Association Endorses Judge Audra Schwartz for Monroe Town Justice

The Orange County Correction Officers Benevolent Association (COBA) has formally endorsed Judge Audra Schwartz for re-election as Monroe Town Justice.
In their letter of support, COBA expressed "great pride and confidence" in offering their endorsement, citing Judge Schwartz’s continued service and longstanding commitment to fairness and impartiality.

“We are confident that your re-election as the Monroe Town Justice will bring continued fairness and impartiality to the residents you serve,” the organization wrote. “Please accept our endorsement with the highest regard and our sincere thanks for your service to the entire community.”
Judge Schwartz has served as Monroe Town Justice since 2018 and as senior judge since 2020. With more than 30 years of legal experience, she has been recognized across the region for her steady leadership, effective courtroom improvements, and unwavering dedication to the county-wide justice system through her pivotal role coordinating the Orange County Centralized Arraignment Part.
This endorsement from COBA adds to a growing list of support from organizations that understand what it takes to serve the people of Monroe with integrity, professionalism, and consistency.
Judge Schwartz will be running on the Democratic line and is currently collecting petition signatures to run on the Preserve Monroe line.
